呋喃西林在尿流动力学检查中预防尿路感染的效果观察

Effect of bladder irrigation by aldomycin solution on preventing urinary tract infection in urodynamic study

目的:探讨呋喃西林在尿流动力学检查中预防尿路感染的效果。方法:将行尿流动力学检查的住院患者按检查序列号随机分为两组,实验组44例采用0.02%呋喃西林溶液行膀胱灌注;对照组40例采用0.9%氯化钠液行膀胱灌注,分别于检查后第一天进行尿液细菌培养以及观察检查后前3天有无发热。结果:实验组44例检查后第一天尿液培养2例有大肠埃希菌生长,2例出现发热,经抗感染治疗1周后尿液培养阴性;对照组40例检查后第一天尿液培养5例有大肠埃希菌生长,4例出现发热,经抗感染治疗1周后尿培养阴性,两组尿路感染的发生率比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),发热的发生率差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:用0.02%呋喃西林可有效预防尿流动力学检查引起的下尿路感染。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of bladder irrigation with 0.2% aldomycin for controlling and preventing urinary tract infection in urodynamics study and reducing the complication of urodynamics study.Methods：The patients undergoing urodynamics study were divided into two groups randomly.Bladder irrigation was done with 0.2% aldomycin in the study group and with 0.9% sodium chloride in the control group.On 1d after study,urine bacteria culture was done respectively and on 3d fever and lower urinary tract symptoms were observed.Results：In the study group,E coli was cultured in 2 cases,2 patients were fever and healed after 1 week of an-tibacterial treatment.In the control group,E coli was cultured in 5 cases,4 patients were fever and healed after antibacterial treatment.There was remarkable difference between the two groups in urinary infection.Conclusion：0.2% aldomycin could be used to prevent the urinary tract infection caused by urine urodynamic detection.
