摘要
目的:探讨呋喃西林在尿流动力学检查中预防尿路感染的效果。方法:将行尿流动力学检查的住院患者按检查序列号随机分为两组,实验组44例采用0.02%呋喃西林溶液行膀胱灌注;对照组40例采用0.9%氯化钠液行膀胱灌注,分别于检查后第一天进行尿液细菌培养以及观察检查后前3天有无发热。结果:实验组44例检查后第一天尿液培养2例有大肠埃希菌生长,2例出现发热,经抗感染治疗1周后尿液培养阴性;对照组40例检查后第一天尿液培养5例有大肠埃希菌生长,4例出现发热,经抗感染治疗1周后尿培养阴性,两组尿路感染的发生率比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),发热的发生率差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:用0.02%呋喃西林可有效预防尿流动力学检查引起的下尿路感染。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of bladder irrigation with 0.2% aldomycin for controlling and preventing urinary tract infection in urodynamics study and reducing the complication of urodynamics study.Methods:The patients undergoing urodynamics study were divided into two groups randomly.Bladder irrigation was done with 0.2% aldomycin in the study group and with 0.9% sodium chloride in the control group.On 1d after study,urine bacteria culture was done respectively and on 3d fever and lower urinary tract symptoms were observed.Results:In the study group,E coli was cultured in 2 cases,2 patients were fever and healed after 1 week of an-tibacterial treatment.In the control group,E coli was cultured in 5 cases,4 patients were fever and healed after antibacterial treatment.There was remarkable difference between the two groups in urinary infection.Conclusion:0.2% aldomycin could be used to prevent the urinary tract infection caused by urine urodynamic detection.
