摘要
柔性冷弯成型是板金属成形技术的前沿研究领域之一。柔性冷弯成型技术研究中,研制了柔性双轴变截面冷弯成型机;以柔性双轴变截面冷弯成型机为平台进行了柔性冷弯成型实验研究,成型出了变截面U型样件,并对样件出现成型缺陷的原因进行了分析,为进一步的深入研究奠定了基础。
Flexible roll forming is the advanced technology in sheet metal forming. The mechanical and electronical engineering research center of NCUT has been working in this field over the past few years and developed two-axis flexible roll forming machines. Experimental study was carried out with two-axis flexible roll forming machine, and successfully produced samples of U channel with variable cross sections. Then the defect of the formed part was analyzed. The experiment laid foundation for the following research.
