摘要
针对3500/1000/100kN双向门式启闭机,分析了计算工况及计算载荷,用ANSYS软件建立SHELL63弹性壳单元模型,对金属结构的连接、约束、载荷进行有效处理,对各工况应力、变形等进行计算。
This paper analyzes the computation load and mode of a 3500/1000/100kN bidirectional gate headstock gear, and effectively treats the connection, constraints and loads of the metal structure, calculating the stress and deformation under different load cases by establishing SHELL63 elastic shell element model in ANSYS software.
