摘要
以TAW8800同步电动机为例,利用CAD/CAE软件建立了同步电动机轴系的三维模型,并在ANSYS软件合理划分网格的基础上,根据同步电动机轴系扭转振动的动力学模型和有限元模型,对其阶梯轴和锥型轴进行了模化处理,得出其临界转速及振型,从而为同步电动机转子-轴承-基础系统的动力学分析打下了基础。
Taking TAW8800 synchronous machine as example and using CAD/CAE software, this paper establishes 3D model for synchronous macbine shaft system. On the base of establishing reasonable plotting mesh with ANSYS software, according to the dynamics model and finite element model of the torsional vibration in synchronous machine shaft system, the modal handling of stepped shaft and taper shaft is implemented, and the critical speed and vibration mode of the system were obtained.These works may be the base for the rotor-bearing-foundation system dynamic analysis.
