介绍了利用UGNX6.0对矩形花键进行建模,并在同一软件中对矩形花键进行有限元分析,详细介绍有限元分析的步骤,并得出矩形花键的最大应力发生在齿根处,与理论分析相一致。为其他零件分析提供了依据,大大降低了设计时间及成本。
The rectangular spline modeling and finite element analysis in UGNX6.0 are described in detail, the detailed finite element analysis steps are introduced. A conclusion is drawn that the the maximum rectangular spline stress occurs in the teeth root, the FEA result is consistent with the theoretical analysis. It provides the basis for the other parts analysis, which greatly reduces the design time and costs.
