三枪液力变矩器总成焊接专机系统

摘要 建立了液力变矩器的总成焊接专机系统。系统以Adlink一体化工作站为控制核心,采用三枪MAG焊120°均布,先点焊,然后连续环焊的一体化集成焊接方法,通过上伺服电机的压紧,力矩限制,以及下伺服旋转电机的精确位置控制,实现点焊、环焊、间隙控制、高度检测、焊接规范参数设定和通信等的集成。经过产品批量实焊表明:系统功能完善,焊接效率高,焊接变形小,泵轮和罩轮之间的同轴度、平面度等各项指标达到产品检验标准要求,满足实际生产应用。 An assembly welding machine system for hydraulic torque converter was established. An Adlink industrial workstation was acted as the master controller of the machine. Three MAG welding gun is uniformly distributed along the radial direction 120 degrees, and an integrated welding method of spot welding and then continuous circumferential welding is proposed. Pressing downward and torque limit by up servo motor, and precise position control by the rotation of down servo motor realize spot welding, continuous circumferential arc welding, gap control, the height detection of workpiece and communications integration. The results of practical welding for bulk products show that the welding machine system has the perfect function, high efficiency and small welding deformation, and the coaxiality, flatness and the other indicators between the pump wheel and cover wheel have met the standards for the product test, which satisfies the practical production application.
