摘要
采用拉锻式摩擦塞补焊方法对4 mm厚的LD10铝合金熔焊接头缺陷进行了补焊,焊后对塞补焊接头的微观组织和力学性能进行了分析。研究结果表明,摩擦塞补焊接头分为焊缝区、热影响区和母材区三部分,焊缝由细小的等轴再结晶组织构成。选择合适的焊接参数和接头结构,塞补焊接头的抗拉强度可以达到310 MPa,达到或超过熔焊接头的强度。塞补焊接头断裂位置分析表明,塞补焊后接头多断裂于塞补焊焊缝外侧的熔焊区域。
Friction plug welding to repair the 4 mm LD10 Al alloy fusion welded joint was successfully completed. The metallurgy experiment demonstrates that the microstructures in FPW joint can be divided into three regions, weld zone, HAZ and base metal zone. Weld zone consist of refined and equiaxed grains structure. Mechanical properties tests demonstrate that the tensile strength of the joint can reach 310 MPa, which reaches or exceeds the joint strength of the fusion welded joint when the proper parameters are used. The fracture test shows that the fracture mostly occurs in the fusion welded zone outside the friction plug welding seam.
