摘要
体育馆钢屋盖主结构采用Q345B焊接钢管,在主结构的交汇节点采用大量的GS-20Mn5N铸钢件,钢屋盖安装采用高空定点拼装、累积旋转滑移施工工艺。结合工程实践,介绍了铸钢件与钢管异种钢材高空安装焊接的特点与难点,分析了异种钢焊接难度,采取了合理的接头装配工艺和焊接工艺。并对焊缝产生的缺陷进行详细的分析,实施了针对性的改进方法,取得了较好的效果。
The steel roof structure of stadium uses Q345B welded steel pipe, which adopts a lot of GS-20MnSN casting steel in the connection node of the main structure. The installation of the steel roof structure uses the high altitude fixed-point assembling and accumulation rotary slipping technology. Base on the engineering practice, the characteristics and difficulties in welding casting steel and steel pipe at high altitude were introduced. The welding defects in welded joint were analyzed, the improving measures were carried out and the good progress was made.
