手工钨极氩弧焊钨极形状优化试验研究

摘要 针对高合金耐热钢在手工钨极氩弧焊(TIG焊)焊接过程存在的焊接质量问题,对钨极形状进行了优化试验研究。通过对磨制成不同长度的钨极锥尖进行试验,在一定的焊接工艺参数下,研究了其对焊缝外观、内在质量和力学性能的影响。结果表明,采用4d钨极锥尖时,试件的焊缝综合质量最优。 To solve the problem of welding quality in manual TIG welding high alloy heat resistant steels, an experiment was carried out to optimize the shape of tungsten electrode. According to the experiment of tungsten electrode tip cones, which were grinded to different lengths, the effect of tungsten electrode tip cones on the weld appearance, interior quality and mechanical properties was investigated at the given welding parameters. The results indicate that 4d tungsten electrode tip cones can obtain excellent quality of the weld.
