摘要
以钛合金为研究对象,构建了基于WEB的钛合金焊接领域资源数据库。系统不仅包含物理性能、力学性能、化学成分、牌号对照等基础数据,还包含了各类钛合金的相图、CCT图、焊接实验、焊接性等内容。系统实现了钛合金信息的高效管理,能充分发挥数据库在选材上方便易用、准确快捷和智能的优点。系统注重人性化和安全设计,为实现钛合金选材和焊接数据共享打下基础。
Face to titamium alloy, a high efficiency and easy share comprehensive titanium alloys database based on WEB was built. The system contains not only physics, mechanics and chemical properties, brand contrast, but also phase diagram of titanium, CCT diagram, welding experiments and weldability. The system can manage the information of titanium alloy with high efficiency, and show the advantages of database such as easy use, convenience and intelligence. The system emphasizes on humanization and safty design, which provides a base for realizing the share of the titanium alloys data.
