TGF-β1与EGFR在子宫内膜癌患者内膜组织中的表达及意义 被引量:2

The expression and meaning of TGF-β1 and EGFR in endometrial carcinoma

摘要 目的检测转化生长因子-β1(transforming growth factor beta 1,TGF-β1)以及表皮生长因子受体(epider-mal growth factor receptor,EGFR)在子宫内膜癌患者内膜组织中的表达,探讨两者在子宫内膜癌发生发展中的作用,为分子靶向治疗提供理论依据。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测子宫内膜癌组(26例)及正常子宫内膜组(26例)中TGF-β1和EGFR的表达情况。结果 TGF-β1在子宫内膜癌组中的表达显著高于正常子宫内膜组(P<0.05);EGFR在子宫内膜癌组中的表达也显著高于正常子宫内膜组(P<0.05)。结论 TGF-β1及EGFR的异常表达可能与子宫内膜癌的发生发展有关。 Objective:To study the expression of transforming growth factor beta 1 (TGF-β1) and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) in endometrial carcinoma,to explore the role of TGF-β1 and EGFR in the pathogenesis of endometrial carcinoma and provide a theoretical basis for molecular targeted therapy. Methods:Immunohistochemical streptavidin peroxidase method wasused to detect the expression of TGF-β1 and EGFR in the endometrial carcinoma of26 cases and in the normal endometrium of 26 ca-ses. Results:The expression of TGF-β1 in endometrial carcinoma were significantly higher than that in normal endometrium (P〈0.05); The expression of EGFR in endometrial carcinoma were significantly higher than that in normal endometrium (P〈0.05).Conclusion:The abnormal expression of TGF-β1 and EGFR might be correlation with the pathogenesis of endometrial carcinoma.
