Research on Industry-level Influencing Factors of Information Technology Application in Construction Industry

摘要 结合建筑行业的相关特性,构建建筑业信息技术应用影响因素的TIEPI分析框架,对建筑业信息技术应用的主要行业层面影响因素进行了系统分析,阐述了各因素对信息技术应用的作用机制。进一步的研究应更多关注对发展中国家及跨国家、跨文化环境下特定影响因素的考察,并注重对各层面因素间的相互关系进行定量、仿真分析。 Based on the industry environment characteristics of the construction industry, the TIEPI model of influ-encing factors on IT implementation in construction industry is constructed. According to this model, this paper then systemically reviews key industry-level influencing factors and analyses how these factors influence IT implementation respectively. While providing a guide for industry participants to successfully apply IT, this paper also offers a systemic model basis for future researches. In the future researches, more concern should be given to investigate the influencing factors for IT implementation in developing countries and muliti-national/cultural environments and to quantitatively analyse relationships between different level influencing factors.
