摘要
在建筑领域,实现社会绩效、环境绩效、经济绩效三统一的可持续发展已成为大型建筑企业提升国际竞争力的重要途径。选取两家欧美大型承包商为研究对象,分析总结其可持续发展的实践特点,并对我国建筑企业的可持续发展提出一些建议。
In construction sector, sustainable development is an important business approach for major contractors to improve their international competitiveness by integrating economic, environmental and social performance. Two top European contractors are selected, and a number of characteristics on sustainable development are identified. Finally some suggestions are made for Chinese contractors.
