开放存取期刊的质量控制方法探析

Research on Quality Control Methods of Open Access Journal

作为未来期刊出版的大势所趋,能否对开放存取期刊的质量进行很好的评价与控制成为制约其发展的重要瓶颈。本文首先分析了现有开放存取期刊质量控制方法存在的一些问题或不足之处,针对所指出的不足之处,从开放存取期刊质量控制的全面性与同行评议法的完善两个方面进行了相应的补充与完善。

Being led by the trend of the prospective journals＂ publication, the development of open access journals has to depend on whether its quality can be effectively evaluated and controled.This paper starts with the analysis on the current problems or disadvantages of the control over open access journals. Based on the defects which have been pointed out, comprehensiveness of the open access journals＇ quality control and the integrity of the peer reviewing method are accordingly implemented and perfected.
