The library core competence management is the management of the library core ability factor. It is one of continual, circulating, dynamic, developing and the enhancing process. The author analyzes the dynamic characters of the library core competence management process, constructs a feasibility library core competence dynamic management model, analyzes the management dynamic essential factor and the dynamic appraisal target system of the library core competence. At last, the question which should pay attention to the management process is also analyzed.
