手机动漫产业发展中的著作权保护问题研究

Research on the Problems of the Copyright Protection Emerging in the Mobile Flash Animation Industry

移动通信网络技术的发展使手机动漫作品的传播更加便捷。加强对手机动漫作品创作者著作权的保护已成为手机动漫产业发展的重要内容之一。从手机动漫产业的概念和产业类别入手,指出著作权保护是促进手机动漫产业发展的核心要素。针对我国手机动漫作品著作权保护的现状,提出完善手机动漫产业著作权保护的对策。

The development of the mobile communication network makes the spread of mobile animation works more rapid. It is an important task to strengthen the copyright protection on authors of mobile animation works. Started with the conception and industry category of mobile flash animation industry, the paper points out that copyright protection is a key element of the industry. Finally, some countermeasures are proposed aiming at solving the copyright protection problems existed in the mobile ＇flash animation industry in China.
