摘要
阐述了网络舆论危机的概念,网络舆论危机的内容、特性和原理;提出利用决策支持系统(DSS)来辅助网络舆论危机应急管理,给出系统的概要设计;并对网络舆论危机应急管理决策支持系统的功能和应用策略做了分析。
The article expounds the definition, content, characteristic and theory of internet opinion, risk and puts forward assisting emergency management of internet opinion risk by decision support system. It also provides the brief design of DSS and simple introduction about the function and applied policy of decision support system for emergency management of internet opinion risk.
