摘要
以政府为主导大力推进学前教育普及是当前我国学前教育事业改革与发展的战略方针。近年来,辽宁省充分认识到学前教育的战略地位及其重大价值,确立了政府主导、治薄扶弱的宏观发展思路,通过明确将学前教育列入经济社会与教育发展总体规划、建立高层次强力度的政策保障体系、优先大力推进农村学前教育、督政与督学相结合、创新督导评估体制等重大政策举措,有力推动了全省学前教育事业发展,其经验对我国其他地区学前教育事业改革与发展具有重要的启示意义与借鉴价值。
Government-dominant strategy is the mainstream to vigorously promote the universal development of early childhood education. In recent years, Liaoning Province is fully aware of the strategic position of early childhood education and its significant value, and establishes a government-dominant and vulnerable assistance principle to further promote early childhood education development, from aspects of making long-term plans and high-level policy systems, giving priority to the development of rural early childhood education, and establishing an effective supervision and evaluation system. The successful experiences of early childhood education development in Liaoning province have significant implications for other areas of China.
