摘要
以IIR、溴化氢和双氧水为原料,以氯仿为溶剂,采用正交试验设计法制备BIIR,研究反应温度、时间、引发剂和胶液浓度对BIIR溴含量的影响,并对其硫化性能进行研究。结果表明,最佳反应条件为:反应温度50℃,时间5min,胶液质量分数0.15。与IIR相比,BIIR不饱和度降低,相对分子质量提高约20%,且相对分子质量分布变宽,硫化速率提高约30%。
Using IIR,hydrogen bromide and hydrogen peroxide solution as raw materials,and using chloroform as solvent,bromobutyl rubber(BIIR)was prepared by orthogonal experiment design.The influence of the temperature and time of reaction,glue concentration and initiator on the bromine content of BIIR were investigated,and its cure characteristics were investigated.The results showed that,the optimum reaction conditions were as follows:temperature 50 ℃,reaction time 5 min, glue mass fraction 0.15.The unsaturation value of BIIR decreased,the molecular weight rose 20%,the molecular weight distribution was broadened,and curing rate increased by about 30% compared with IIR.
