润伊容胶囊联合祛斑霜治疗黄褐斑的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of Runyirong capsule combined with Queban cream on melasma

目的观察润伊容胶囊联合祛斑霜治疗黄褐斑的疗效。方法 60例患者随机分为2组,治疗组采用润伊容胶囊口服,2粒/次,3次/d,同时外用祛斑霜,每晚1次,连续治疗4周;对照组30例单独外用祛斑霜,方法及疗程同治疗组。结果治疗组有效率为85.67%,对照组为35.66%。两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论润伊容胶囊联合祛斑霜治疗黄褐斑安全有效。

【Objective】To observe the therapeutic effect Runyirong capsule combined with Queban cream on melasma.【Methods】Sixty patients with melasma were randomly divided into treatment group and control group（n =30 in each）.Patients in treatment group were treated with Runyirong capsules,two capsules each time,three times daily and dexamethasone topical cream every night.In control group,patients were only treated with dexamethasone topical cream every night.The two groups were evaluated after continuous treatment for four weeks.【Results】Total effective rate of treatment group was 85.67 %,and that of the control group was 35.66 %.The difference between them was significant（P 0.05）.【Conclusion】Therapy with Runyirong capsule and dexamethasone topical cream is an effective and safe way on treating melasma.
