艾迪联合化疗治疗老年消化道恶性肿瘤的临床观察

Clinical study of chemotherapy combined with AIDI for elderly patients with gastrointestinal malignant tumors

目的观察艾迪在老年人消化道恶性肿瘤化疗中的作用。方法将73例65岁以上消化道恶性肿瘤患者随机分为两组,治疗组38例,对照组35例,治疗组用艾迪联合化疗,对照组单用化疗。结果治疗组有效率60.50%(23/38),对照组为40.0%(14/35)。治疗组血常规一直维持正常范围,消化道反应较对照组轻微。结论艾迪能有效提高老年人化疗疗效,减轻副反应,延长生存时间,提高生活质量。

【Objective】 To study significance of AIDI in the chemotherapy of the aged patients with gastrointestinal malignant tumors.【Methods】 73 patients over 65 years old with gastrointestinal malignant tumor were randomly divided into two groups.38 patients were treated with regimen chemotherapy plus AIDI（treated group）and 35 patients with chemotherapy alone（control group）.【Results】The efficacy was markedly increased in the treatment group 60.50%（23/38）,compared with that in the control group 40.0%（14/35）.The treatment group had normal blood routines,in which side effects were generally well tolerated,and rate of toxicity is lower than that of control group.【Conclusion】AIDI maybe enhance the chemotherapy efficacy,reduce the side effects,prolong living time,and improve life quality of the aged patients with gastrointestinal malignant tumors.
