计算机仿真在挂号排队中的应用与探讨

Application and discussion on queue of registration based on computer simulation

目的运用计算机仿真技术，对挂号排队进行模拟。方法设计并建立排队模型，设定随机变量及其概率分布，应用Excel加载宏-CrystalBall模拟运算挂号排队的过程。结果经过运算得到有关挂号排队模型的等候时间、等候人数等指标参数。结论运用管理科学理论，将计算机仿真技术应用到排队系统中进行模拟试验，为科学决策提供依据，具有积极意义。

Objective To simulate queue of registration by using computer simulation. Methods Design and establish queuing model, define random variables and what distribution they should follow, apply Crystal Ball-an Excel add-in program to imitate and calculate process of queue of registration. Results Obtain related parameters like waiting time and number of waiting person in ｜ine about queuing model of registration after running simulation. Conclusion It is great meaning to supply warranty for scientific decision by using theory of management science and applying computer simulation to queuing system.
