摘要
目的探讨整体化色谱柱在中药特征图谱分析方面的应用。方法以甘草、丹参、大黄药材为例,对比考察传统的颗粒型填料色谱柱和整体化色谱柱在特征图谱分析方面的差异。结果整体化色谱柱对绝大多数组分的分离都达到或超过了颗粒型色谱柱,分析时间缩短50%以上。结论整体化色谱柱在中药特征图谱、质量控制,特别是在提高分析效率、方法的开发以及转换方面具有较高的可行性。
OBJECTIVE To explore the application of monolithic-column to specific chromatograms analysis of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).METHODS The fingerprint determined by HPLC-UV HPLC system equipbed with the monolithic-column was compared with the fingerprint from several conventional particulate columns by various gradient-elute methods,respectively.Radix. glycyrrhiza, Salvia miltiorrhiza as well as Radix et rhizoma rhei.were selected as samples.RESULTS The monolithic-column system obtained equivalent or higher resolution than particulate columns,while consumed 50% or less time.CONCLUSION It can be concluded monolithic-column is helpful for the specific chromatograms analysis and quality control of TCM,especially in the analysis efficiency,the development and conversion of the analysis method.
