摘要 近年来随着超声及内镜技术的进一步发展和日趋完善,融合2项技术的超声内镜功能不断拓展。超声内镜实时组织弹性成像技术(EUSRTEI)就是在超声内镜检查中对组织弹性的量化和可视化的一种最近发展起来的影像技术,在明确病变性质和鉴别病变良恶性方面为超声内镜提供了有效补充,表现出优越的性能,是一项很有前途的技术。该文就超声内镜实时组织弹性成像的原理及在临床上的应用作一介绍。 Along with the great development of ultrasound and Endoscopic technique in recent years,the function of Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) has been continuously improved.EUS Real-time Elastograph Imaging is a recentlydeveloped imaging techique used for the quantification and visualization of tissue elasticity in usual EUS examinations.It can offer supplemental information in such aspects as the identification of lesions and the differentiation of benign and malignant diseases.It is a promising technique because of its superiority to the conventional EUS imaging.In this review,the author introduced the principle and clinical applications of EUS elastography.
