纤维支气管镜下治疗支气管结核合并肺不张46例临床分析

Clinical analysis on bronchofibroscope in the treatment of 46 cases of endobronchial tuberculosis combined with pulmonary closure

目的探讨纤维支气管镜在治疗支气管结核合并肺不张的作用。方法 2001年5月～2007年9月经纤维支气管镜(纤支镜)活检或刷检确诊支气管结核合并肺不张患者46例应用纤支镜治疗。结果 46例支气管结核合并肺不张患者的治疗有效率为89.12%。结论纤维支气管镜是治疗支气管结核合并肺不张的主要措施。

【Objective】To explore treating effectiveness of bronchofibroscope to endobronchial tuberculosis with pulmonary closure.【Methods】Applying bronchofibroscope,we had treat 46 cases of endobronchial tuberculosis with pulmonary closure who had been made a definite diagnosis by endoscopic biopsy or brushing and film preparation checking during the period from May 2005 to September 2007.【Results】Effective power was 89.12% in curing 46 cases of endobronchial tuberculosis with pulmonary closure.【Conclusion】To apply bronchofibroscope is major measure in curing endobronchial tuberculosis with pulmonary closure.
