大功率绿激光光选择汽化术治疗前列腺增生症(附72例报告) 被引量:5

摘要 目的总结经尿道大功率绿激光光选择汽化术治疗前列腺增生的手术方法、疗效和安全性。方法 2006年2月~2007年10月,72例前列腺增生患者接受了经尿道绿激光汽化术治疗,回顾性总结手术时间、治疗效果和主要并发症。结果手术时间平均46min,62例术后1d拔除尿管,10例2d拔除。70例拔除尿管后排尿明显改善,2例出现短暂的尿潴留。拔除尿管后少数病例可伴有轻度尿频、尿急、尿痛及肉眼血尿等症状。住院时间3~8d,平均4.6d。术后前列腺症状评分、生活质量评分、最大尿流尿,与术前比较明显改善。结论经尿道绿激光汽化术治疗前列腺增生症疗效确切、安全可靠,可作为前列腺增生症的较理想的手术方法,并且更适用于高危患者的手术治疗。 【Objective】To summarize the method,effect and safety of photoselective vaporization of the prostate in treatment of benign prostate hyperplasia.【Methods】From February 2006 to October 2007,72 patients accepted photoselective vaporization of the prostate.We summarized the operation time,effect and main complication retrospectively.【Results】The average operation time was 46 min.62 patients were removed catheter next day after operation,average hospital time was 4.6 days.【Conclusions】The method of hotoselective vaporization of the prostate is effective and safety,so that it may be a method in treatment of BPH,and it is suit for patient with BPH.
