摘要
基于新材料、先进制造方法、机械制造控制技术的应用以及多学科交叉对复合型人才培养的要求,将"工程材料及成形工艺基础"课程定位为机械设计与制造类、机电设备类及其他工程类专业的一门必修专业基础课。课程以机器的生产过程为主线,内容分为工程材料、热加工基础、机械加工基础三个模块。对三个课程内模块单元分别设置代号、教学时间和授课方式,各模块单元可以自由组合,以此满足不同专业对技术基础课程的需求。
Based on application of new materials,advanced manufacturing methods and machine control technology and the requirements on complex multidisciplinary personnel training,the"engineering materials and the forming process"course was oriented as a compulsory basic course of mechanical design and manufacturing types,electromechanical equipment types and other engineering type specialties.The course consists of three modules including engineering materials,thermal processing base and machining process base with machine as the main line.Modules in three courses were set up code,teaching time and teaching methods,the modules can be freely combined in order to meet the needs for technology basic courses of different sepcialtiess.
