顶岗实习管理涉及到学生、学校、企业三方,构建校、企、生"三元"管理体系,可实现对顶岗实习的精细化管理。在农业高职种植类专业顶岗实习"三元"管理体系中,企业对学生以员工的身份进行管理,学校对学生进行以课业文本管理为载体的实践教学管理,学生以"实习生"和"准员工"双重身份进行自我管理。实施该体系要做好制度建设、计划管理、作业管理、业绩考核、辅导与指导等工作。

The management of post practice is related to students,schools and enterprises,and to build the ＂ternary＂ management system including schools,enterprises,students can achieve the precise management of post practice.In ＂ternary＂management system of post practice of agricultural planting specialty in higher vocational schools,enterprises manage students by the status of employees,school carry out practice teaching management on students by taking academic texts as the carrier,students carry out self-management by dual identity of＂intern＂and＂quasi-employees＂.In implementation of the system,schools should do well in system development,program management,operations management,performance assessment,counseling and guidance and so on.
