腹腔镜下宫颈悬吊术在盆腔脏器脱垂及压力性尿失禁诊治中的临床研究

Clinical analysis of laparoscopic cervical suspension in treatment of pelvic organ prolapse and stress urinary incontinence

目的探讨腹腔镜下宫颈悬吊术在治疗盆腔脏器脱垂及压力性尿失禁的临床价值。方法在腹腔镜下使用无张力阴道吊带(TVT)进行宫颈悬吊术治疗56例子宫脱垂及压力性尿失禁患者,分析手术时间,术中出血,术后并发症,住院时间,并随访治疗效果。结果平均手术时间45min,平均术中出血10mL,平均术后住院时间5d。56例均获得随访,随访时间12～36个月,尚未出现复发病例。结论腹腔镜宫颈悬吊术作为一种全新的治疗盆腔脏器脱垂及压力性尿失禁的手术方法,创伤小、恢复快、住院时间短、复发率低,具有临床应用及推广价值。

【Objective】To investigate the clinical value of laparoscopic cervical suspension in treatment of pelvic organ prolapse and stress urinary incontinence. 【Method】56 female patients were treated by laparoscopic cervical suspension with tension-free vaginal tape. 【Results】The average surgery time was 45 min,blood loss was 10 mL,postoperative hospital stay was 5 d. The 56 cases were followed up in the next 12 to 36 months. All cases were cured. No complication occurred. 【Conclusion】The laparoscopic cervical suspension is a satisfactory proce-dure with the advantages of minimal invasion,quick recovery,short hospitalization and clinical value.
