踝关节镜下治疗距后三角骨损伤13例分析

Arthroscopic treatment and analysis for thirteen triquetral bone injurying cases

目的探讨踝关节镜下治疗距后三角骨损伤的疗效。方法 2004年1月～2008年6月采用踝关节镜下治疗距后三角骨损伤13例,随访8个月以上,进行疗效评定。结果随访8～36个月,评定术后疗效:优12例,良1例。结论采用踝关节镜下治疗距后三角骨损伤具有:创伤小、恢复快、治疗时间短、术后效果可靠的优点。

【Objective】To explore the arthroscopic treatment of triquetral bone injury.【Methods】Thirteen cases of triquetral bone injury were endoscopic treated from January 2004 to June 2008. Over eight months were followed-up and carried out efficacy assessment.【Results】The cases were followed-up in 8～36 months. Twelve cases were excellent,one case good.【Conclusions】Treatment of triquetral bone injury under arthroscopy has advantages of quick recovery,treatment time is short,less wound and less cost in hospital.
