鼻内镜下治疗顽固性鼻出血98例临床观察

Clinical observation of endoscopic treatment of intractable epistaxis in 98 cases

目的探讨鼻内镜下治疗顽固性鼻出血的临床疗效。方法选择2008年3月～2009年6月该院收治的顽固性鼻出血患者98例,全部患者均经鼻内镜探查鼻腔,并根据患者的实际情况行相应止血治疗。结果 98例患者中,治愈96例,占97.96%;好转2例,占2.04%;总有效率100%。全部患者经随访3～6个月无复发,且无不良并发症。结论鼻内镜治疗顽固性鼻出血具有一次性治愈率高,且副作用小等优点,是顽固性鼻出血的理想治疗方法。

【Objective】To probe into the clinical observation of endoscopic treatment of intractable epistaxis in 98 cases. 【Methods】Select March 2008～June 2009 admitted to our hospital in patients with intractable epistaxis 98 cases,all patients were nasal endoscopic probe and,based on the actual situation of patients with the corresponding line of hemostasis. 【Results】98 cases of patients,cured 96 cases,accounting for 97.96%; improvement in 2 cases,accounting for 2.04%; total effective rate was 100%. All patients were followed up after 3 to 6 months,no recurrence and no adverse complications. 【Conclusions】Endoscopic treatment of intractable epistaxis with a onetime high cure rate,and the side effects. It is ideal for epistaxis treatment.
