摘要
从现代局部战争的特点出发,对地-地战役战术导弹技术保障的内涵及技术保障的现状和存在的问题进行了分析研究。提出了在完善地-地战役战术导弹技术保障体系和武器系统配套的基础上,加强地-地战役战术导弹技术保障人才的培养和维修理论研究工作,改进和研制先进的技术保障检测设备,探索出一套科学合理的技术保障程序,提高部队技术保障能力。
Based on the character of mordenlocal war, technial support about surface-to-surface tactical ballistic missile is discussed,and its actualities and existent questions art, analyzed. Measures about technical support for surface to surface tactical ballistic missile are proposed. In order to improre the ability of technical support, the missile's technical support systems and mating of missile weapen system are perfected, and a set of scientific and rational porgrams are built up.
