摘要
提出了省级变电站遥视系统的三级(子站、地区监控中心和省监控中心)体系架构。流媒体技术在系统实现中作用重大,流媒体代理转发技术可做到同一视频不论多少用户请求,只需传输1个拷贝,从而有效利用有限的带宽资源。流媒体服务器级联对于构建真正多级系统发挥了重要作用。中心接入视频路数很多时,需多台流媒体服务器组成集群进行转发。提出了考虑视频重要性因素的改进加权负载因子调度算法,实现了流媒体服务器集群的动态负载均衡,对构建大规模系统具有重要意义。
The structure of provincial tele-video system was presented, which includes substation, regional monitoring center and the provincial monitoring center. The streaming media technology plays an important role in the realization of the system. For the same video, no matter how many clients request, it is only one copy transferred throughout the streaming media redistribution technology, which can reserve the limited bandwidth resource. When the number of the video transferred to monitoring center is large, it needs a cluster made up of some streaming media servers to redistribute the video. The improved weighted load factor scheduling algorithm to consider the factor of the video importance was also presented, which realizes the dynamic load balancing of streaming media server cluster and has an important meaning for constructing large-scale system.
