摘要
介绍了湖南500 kV电网运行集控中心的设计思路及实施方案。通过分析比较,计算机监控系统采用独立的计算机监控系统设计方案和基于冗余双网的分布式开放局域网交换技术。在研究远程图像监控系统所需实现功能的基础上,对其结构、信道等方面进行了设计。通过对集控中心通信要求的研究,对系统的通道配置、传输网络和调度交换系统进行了设计和实现,并对系统的远动和保护数据流进行了研究。变电站实行集中运行管理,既可以解决500 kV变电站运行人员不足的问题,同时降低运行成本,提高电网运行管理水平。
The design idea and implementation of Hunan 500 kV power grid operating centralized control center was introduced. Through analysis and comparison, the computer monitoring system adopts independent computer monitoring system design and distributed open LAN switching technology based on dual-network redundancy. The required functions of remote video monitoring system were researched and its structure, channel and other aspects were designed. Through studying the communication requirements of the centralized control center, the system channel configuration, transmission network and dispatching exchange system were designed and implemented and the data flow of remote system and the protection system was studied. The centralized operation and management of substations not only can solve the problem that the staff of 500 kV Substations is short, but also can reduce operating costs and improve operation and management level of power system.
