响应面分析法优化苦豆子多糖提取工艺 被引量:15

摘要 采用响应面分析法对苦豆子多糖的提取工艺进行优化。以提取温度、提取时间及水料比为自变量,多糖提取率为响应值,做三因素三水平响应面分析,在分析各个因素的显著性和交互作用后,优化得到苦豆子多糖以水提取的最佳工艺条件为提取温度75℃、提取时间3h、水料比25:1(mL/g),在此条件下获得多糖的提取率为70.25%。 This paper describes the optimization of extraction process of polysaccharides from Sophora alopecuraides L.seeds by response surface analysis(RSA),where the effects of extraction temperature,length of extraction time and material-to-water ratio and their interactions on polysaccharide yield were dealt with.The optimal conditions for the extraction of polysaccharides from Sophora alopecuraides L.seeds were obtained to be:e the optimization of extraction process temperature 75 ℃,length of extraction time 3 h and material-to-water ratio 1:25,and the maximum polysaccharide yield was 70.25% under these conditions.
