摘要
建立离子色谱(IC)进行分离、电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)作为检测器测定饮料中溴酸根与溴离子的方法。溴酸根与溴离子的检出限分别为0.1μg/L和0.2μg/L。根据加标回收的方法评价该方法的准确性,溴酸根的加标回收率为88.1%~106.4%,相对标准偏差为1.52%~3.83%(n=6)。根据所建立的方法,分析市售部分饮料中溴酸根的含量,其中溴酸根均未检出。
In this study,we presented a method based on ion chromatographic separation and ICP-MS detection for the determination of two existing forms of bromine in beverage,i.e.,BrO3-and Br-.The limits of detection of the presented method were 0.1 μg/L for BrO3-and 0.2 μg/L for Br-.Spike recovery tests were carried out to evaluate the accuracy and precision of this method,and average recoveries for BrO3-in 3 different matrices spiked at 3 levels ranged from 88.1% to 106.4%,with a relative standard deviation from 1.52% to 3.83%(n = 6).This method was used to analyze some commercial beverages,and no BrO3-was detected in any of them.
