阿德福韦酯联合干扰素治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效观

Clinical observation on the therapeutic effect of Adefovir dipivoxil and Interferon in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B

目的探讨阿德福韦酯联合干扰素治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。方法将该校附院诊治的92例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为两组,观察组48例采用阿德福韦酯联合干扰素治疗,对照组44例单独采用阿德福韦酯治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组的总有效率为93.8%,明显高于对照组的79.5%,组间差异有显著性(P<0.05);观察组的ALT、TBIL复常率及HBeAg、HBV-DNA转阴率均略高于对照组,组间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论阿德福韦酯联合干扰素治疗慢性乙型肝炎可获得满意疗效,值得临床推广应用。

【Objective】To explore the therapeutic effect of Adefovir dipivoxil and Interferon in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B.【Methods】92 patients with chronic hepatitis B in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group（48 cases） was treated with Adefovir dipivoxil and Interferon,the control group（44 cases） was treated with Adefovir dipivoxil alone.The efficacy of the two groups was observed.【Results】The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.8%,it was significantly higher than 79.5% of the control group,the difference had statistic significance between the two groups（P 0.05）;the normalization rate of ALT,TBIL and the negative rate of HBeAg,HBV-DNA in the observation group were slightly higher than that of the control group,there was no significant difference between the two groups（P 0.05）.【Conclusion】Adefovir dipivoxil and Interferon in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B has satisfactory curative effect,it is worth spreading.
