Campus physical culture is a distinctive phenomenon which has profound intension and rich extension. It is the spiritiual and material wealth possessed by university teachers and students in their sports practice. According to its elements, campus physical culture can be divided into three types of consciousness, action and matter. The thesis discussed their charateristics and functions and put forward the way to develop the campus physical culture.
