摘要
在教师合作实践中,有些教师认为个人主义是合作的绊脚石,要求彻底革除合作中的个人主义文化;或者一旦建立合作关系后就认为竞争不利于合作而要求摈弃竞争;或者认为教师之间合作越多越好,而排斥教师的自我教育和自处,其实这都是对教师合作的误解。教师个人主义文化是合作文化存在和发展的基础,应当给予适当的包容和合理的生存空间,使其与教师的合作文化之间保持适当的张力;而在教师合作中要引导教师进行和谐竞争,有限竞争,在竞争中合作,在合作中竞争;而且在教师的合作过程中并不一味排斥教师的自我教育与自处,而是将教师之间的互助与自助有机结合,通过教师合作使每个教师在张扬自我的同时,又将在同济互助下实现自我。
In the practice of teachers cooperation, some teachers think that, the individualism is the obstacle of cooperation, so they require to abolish the culture of individualism in cooperation; or they require to abandon competition in cooperation for the sake that competition isn't good for cooperation; or they think, the more cooperation, the better, so they try to exclude the self-education of teachers, and all the above are misunderstandings for teachers' cooperation. The culture of individualism is the basis for existence and development of cooperative culture, and it should be given proper inclusiveness and reasonable living space to make it maintain suitable tensility with the cooperative culture of teachers; in the cooperation of teachers, schools should guide students to develop harmonious and limited competition, and try to achieve cooperation in competition and competition in cooperation, etc.
