摘要
在阐述工作绩效等相关理论的基础上,通过对高职院校专业课教师的胜任力,教师的组织公民行为和任务绩效的调查发现,高职院校专业课教师的核心胜任特征模型包括行事风格、双师特有素质、专业知识与技能、自我意象、追求卓越、沟通与交往等6项胜任特征。高职院校专业课教师的6项胜任特征与其任务绩效都有正相关,而且多数相关显著。另外,在高职院校中,专业课教师的利他、尽职、树立学校形象、谦恭4个组织公民行为维度与其任务绩效都存在正相关。
Based on explanation on relative theory of working performance, investigation on professional competence, organization citizenship behavior and task performance of special teachers show that, the core professional competence of specialty teachers include conduction style, quality of dual-qualification teachers, specialty knowledge and skills, self-imago, pursuing excellence and communication abilities. The six competent abilities have positive correlation with other tasks and performance, and most correlations are marked. Furthermore, the four kinds of organization citizenship behavior of altruism, line of duty, establishing school image and courtesy of specialty teachers have positive correlation with other task performance.
