摘要
职业教育是城乡统筹发展的强大支撑,城乡统筹发展又为职业教育提供了广阔的发展空间。研究表明,职业教育与城乡统筹之间的良性互动,关键在于发挥政府的主导作用,着力建立和健全有利于促进职业教育与城乡统筹发展良性互动的规划机制、资源整合机制、财政投入保障机制、师资队伍建设机制等,同时又要辩证地处理职业教育与城乡统筹发展若干关系。
Vocational education is strong support for overall development of city and country, and overall development of city and country provide broad development space for vocational education. Study show that, to achieve effective interaction between vocational education and overall development of city and country, the key is to exert the dominant role of government, try to build the planning mechanism, resources integration mechanism, financial investment assurance mechanism, teaching staff construction mechanism for achieving effective interaction between vocational education and overall development of city and country; meanwhile, several relationships between vocational education and overall development of city and country should be disposed well.
