摘要
本文首先简要回顾了复杂科学的发展历程,随后重点介绍了复杂领导理论。结合复杂适应系统原理,复杂领导理论包括适应性领导、行政性领导和赋能性领导3个领导维度。在中观层面研究框架下,复杂领导理论又被归纳为适应性功能、行政性功能和赋能性功能3个功能维度。对适应性结果在组织中的涌现,复杂领导有着不可忽视的影响。作为领导学领域崭新理论,复杂领导理论超越了科层制等级结构假设,符合信息时代发展的要求。
As globalization of economy and development of informationization, traditional industrial economy are gradually replaced by knowledge-based and network economy. As a result, complex science have been widely explored. After introducing the development of complex science, the paper elucidated the complexity leadership theory. Drawing from complex adaptation system, complexity leadership theory includes three entangled leadership dimensions such as adaptive leadership, administrative leadership and enabling leadership. According to the mesolevel research paradigm, it have also been identified as three functions that consist of adaptive function, administrative function and enabling function. Complexity leadership affects the emergence of adaptive outcomes among organization enormously. As a novel leadership theory, complexity leadership theory extends beyond the premises of bureaucratic hierarchical structure, therefore it meets the request of information era. Implications and related results were discussed alongside.
