摘要
本文根据计算机网络的迅速发展，简要叙述了文献信息检索手段的发展，并针对用户网络环境下信息检索存在的问题和对用户教育从必要性、目的、内容和方法等方面进行了介绍。
The development of information retrieval methods was briefly narrated on the basis of the rapid development of computer network with a presentation of the necessity, purpose,contents and methods of the education of information users in the light of problems existed in information retrieval under network environment.
