综合康复治疗脊髓损伤患者的疗效观察

Observations on the effects of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy to the patients with spinal cord injury

目的观察综合康复治疗脊髓损伤患者的疗效。方法对35例脊髓损伤患者采用心理治疗、运动疗法、作业疗法、经穴电刺激疗法、传统医学疗法及膀胱训练等康复治疗手段,于治疗前后运用Fugl-Meyer法(FMA)评定运动功能、Barthel指数评定日常生活能力(ADL)和躯干控制能力评分(Sheikh评分)评定躯干活动能力,膀胱残尿量评定膀胱功能。结果 35例脊髓损伤患者经综合康复治疗后,FMA、Barthel及Sheikh评分均较治疗前明显提高(P<0.01),膀胱残余尿量明显减少。结论综合康复治疗可明显改善脊髓损伤患者的运动功能、日常生活能力及膀胱功能。

[Objective]To observe the effects of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy to the patients with spinal cord injury （SCI）. [Methods]35 patients with spinal cord injury received comprehensive rehabilitation treatments including psychological therapy, kinesitherapy, occupational therapy, acupoint electrical stimulation therapy, bladder training, and so on. before and after comprehensive therapies, Fugl-Meyer Assessment （FMA）, Barthel Index, Sheikh scoring and postvoid residual urine were adopted to evaluate motor function,activity of daily living, trunk mobility and bladder function respectively.[Results]Compared with pretherapy, FMA, Barthel and Sheikh scores of 35 patients were dramatically increased, postvoid residual urine volume was significantly decreased （P 0.01）. [Conclusion]Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy can improve motor function, activity of daily living and bladder function of patients with spinal cord injury.
