摘要 针对矿井实际工况,设计了一种基于无线传输的多绳摩擦式提升机载荷监测系统。该系统通过油压传感器、数据采集装置、无线传输模块和LabView上位机等实时监测提升机钢丝绳的实际载荷,判断提升机钢丝绳张力差是否超出规定最大值,提升机是否超载,卸煤是否彻底等,并在故障发生时发出报警信号,为提升机司机和检修人员提供可靠的数值判断依据,避免钢丝绳张力严重不平衡、提升超载甚至重复装载等提升事故的发生。 According to mine actual conditions,the paper introduced a system for monitoring loads of multirope friction hoist based on wireless transmission.This system monitored actual hoist loads with oil pressure sensors,data acquisition device,wireless transmitting module and LabView master computer,so as to judge whether the tension difference among steel ropes was beyond the limit,the hoist was overloaded and the unloading was complete as well as alarm signal was issued as error happens,which can offer numerical judge basis for hoist drivers and the overhauling personnel,so as to avoid accidents such as the great tension difference among steel ropes,overload hoisting or recurred loading.
