摘要
分析了电磁振动给料系统的数学模型和物料的运动过程,确定了物料输送速度与各参数之间的关系。利用MatLab软件对振幅、频率、料槽振动方向角等运动参数对物料输送速度的影响进行了仿真分析,从而为电磁振动给料系统的优化设计提供依据。
The mathematical model of electromagnetic vibratory feeding system and the materials movement were analysed,and the relationship between the materials transporting velocity and parameters determined also.The simulation analysis ofimpact of movement parameters such as amplitude,frequency and trough vibratory direction angle etc.on the materials transporting velocity was carried out with MATLAB,which offers references for optimization design of the electromagnetic vibratory feeding system.
