摘要 首先介绍了功率平衡在多点驱动带式输送机中的重要性,提出起车过程的功率平衡更为重要。以三相交流异步电动机作为驱动电动机,分析了电动机功率与其转速的关系,电动机转速与传动比、驱动滚筒半径和带速之间的关系;得出了影响带式输送机多点驱动功率平衡的因素及如何进行功率平衡的方法;最后介绍了液体黏性传动装置的工作原理,并分析了该装置在带式输送机多点驱动起车过程中的功率平衡调节原理。 Importance of the power balance of multi-motored driving of belt conveyer was introduced first,then the power balance during starting process emphasized.Three-phase induction motor serving as driving unit,the relationship between the power and the rotary speed of motor as well as the relationship among the rotary speed,transmission ratio,radius of the driving drum and the speed of belt conveyor were analyzed respectively.Then,the factors affecting the power balance of multi-motored driving of belt conveyor and the method of balancing power were determined.Finally,the operation principle of hydro-viscous transmission and its principle of balancing power during multi-motored starting of belt conveyor were introduced.
