摘要
离散元素法的基本原理是将粉体与散体视作离散颗粒单元的集合,利用牛顿第二定律建立每个单元的运动方程,用静态松弛法求得粉体与散体的整体运动形态。用CAD软件建立边界模型,采用ObjectARX编程读取模型数据,然后将读取的模型数据导入离散元程序,经过计算得数值结果,最后将数值结果进行处理并将运动过程在界面上显示,实现了粉体制备与散体处理装置离散元素法仿真原型软件的功能。为了证实仿真应用的可行性,对比了球磨机内单个介质颗粒的本软件仿真与理论运动高度,介质颗粒群的本软件仿真与其他离散元素法软件仿真的整体运动形态,以及介质颗粒群的本软件仿真与实验测得的脱离角。结果表明,本软件仿真的应用是可行的。
The Discrete Element Method(DEM) is to establish the motion equation of each discrete element considered to be aggregation of powder and bulk material with the Newton's second law,and achieve the whole motion pattern of powder and bulk materials by static relaxation method.In this paper,the boundary model was established with software CAD and data of model read by ObjectARX.Then the acquired data was input into discrete element program and the numerical results achieved after calculation.Finally,the motion process displayed graphically on the interface after the treatment of numerical results,thus the prototyping software of simulating the powder processing and bulk material handling equipments by DEM was developed.To verify the feasibility of simulation application,simulation of single particle in ball mill by this software with theoretical moving height,simulation of particle group by this software with that by other DEM software,as well as simulation of particle group by this software with measured release angle by test were compared.The results show that the simulation application of this software is feasible.
