摘要
针对井下原煤中矸石量大,原煤灰分不稳定,原煤质量差,提出在采区进行选煤工艺与装备技术的研究和应用。在井下通过机械动筛淘汰技术,实现了就地煤矸分离,提高了原煤质量,缓解了矿井提升运输的压力,减少了矿井运输提升费用,降低了矸石充填工作面的生产成本,取得了显著的社会效益、经济效益和环保效益。
Focusing on such problems as large amount of gangue in the raw coal,instability of ash content and poor quality of raw coal,the paper conducted the study and application of coal separation technology and equipment technology in mining areas.The moving sieve jigging was introduced in underground mining areas to separate gangue in situ from the raw coal so as to improve the quality of raw coal.In doing so,the transportation and hoisting duty as well as the operation cost of shaft reduce,and the cost of backfilling the gobs with gangue decreases also,so obvious social,economic and environment protection efficiency are obtained.
