摘要
输电线路覆冰事故严重影响电力系统安全运行,现有防除冰技术还不完善。3类防覆冰涂料中,只有憎水型防覆冰涂料最具研究价值。RTV涂料已成功运用于防污闪,但其对防覆冰效果的研究报道极少。为此选取3个不同厂家生产的RTV涂料进行冰与其表面粘结力试验。同时使用不同材质的基板涂覆RTV涂料以模拟输电系统中的不同部件。试验结果表明:覆冰环境温度、基板、和覆冰水电导率都对RTV涂料与冰粘结力有影响。
Accidents caused by transmission lines that are covered with ice have a serious effect on the safety of the power systems.Experiments,in which three kinds of manufacturer’s RTV coatings are used,were done on the cohesive force between ice and the RTV coating on its surface.At the same time,in order to simulate the different parts in the transmission system,the experiments used the substrate of different materials to cover RTV coating.The tests show that the temperature,substrate and water’s conductivity all have influence on the cohesive force between RTV coating and ice.
